Shipping/Delivery Options
Shipping Services for US Domestic orders include: United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, or US Postal Service (USPS) Standard/Priority.

We offer free shipping on most orders over $85* (including international orders, however, due to high costs for shipping overseas, there is usually a supplemental charge, please see further below for details.)

*Please note:
There is a $50.00 minimum to be able to place an order.
We allow a 10% freight allowance on invoice amount of orders over $85.
(Contribution to shipping charge may apply to overweight parcels)

Orders w/ a net total under $85 will receive the most economical shipping charge (UPS or US Postal Service). If the order is under $85, here is an idea of the shipping charge to be added:

USPS Priority Mail rates effective January 4th, 2010
The Post Office has now defined zones, depending on distance from zone of origin, as well as weight. The zone of origin for Tunies.com is Florida and is defined as Zone 1. The furthest distance from Florida is California and this is defined as Zone 8. You will need to find your Zone relative to Florida for the calculation.

Using Zones as a measure of distance and the weight of the package, the shipping costs for Priority Mail Rates are:

For International orders, the following rules and restrictions apply:

  • We DO NOT prequote shipping charges for International Orders until an order has been submitted, completed and ready to ship! A proper order is submitted through the order section of this website, NOT via e-mail.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US Money Order, or cashier check drawn on a US bank. For further information, please contact us via e-mail.
  • If your order total is $85 or more, we will pay 8% of net invoice total, and then only charge you the difference. Upon completion of your order you will be contacted via e-mail with your order total and the available shipping services and applicable costs. If limited shipping services are available, then we will select the most economical shipping method for you. We please ask that you reply to the e-mail no later than 5 days from the day it was sent to you. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your order.
    Please write us a note on the order form when you check out if you have any special shipping requests or methods.
  • *Please note that this website Will Not calculate your shipping costs with your order subtotal !* Once your order is completed, shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, destination and Customs regulations.

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within the state of Florida. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at time of final processing. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped.

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund.

All product returns are prepaid by the customer, unless we have sent the wrong item, which happens on isolated occasions. If an incorrect item is returned to us, we will also reimburse the postage cost paid by the customer.
