Just order $100 or more and your order ships free via UPS ground or USPS priority mail anywhere in the continental United States as long as it weighs less than 10 lbs. We also offer an array of expedited delivery methods. Orders placed before 2 PM E.S.T. will ship the same day (backorders excluded).

Domestic Shipments (48 States)

Free shipping on orders over $100 applies to orders that weigh less than 10 lbs when fully packaged and that are being shipped to an address within the continental 48 United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and all international destinations. For orders over $100 that weigh over 10 lbs please see the flat rate shipping chart below. Order Processing

Tunies.com processes orders 5 days a week. Please allow 24 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, standard delivery time is 2-10 days depending on location. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped:

  • * UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days + 1 day for order processing)
  • * UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days + 1 day for order processing)
  • * UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + 1 day for order processing)

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages less than 1 lb may ship via USPS First Class Mail when our Standard Shipping method is chosen. In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product availability) if standard shipping is selected, we may use either carrier for each shipment, if this is the case we will always contact you beforehand. It is important you include an address that can receive both UPS and USPS deliveries.If you have a PO Box please provide your physical address as well as the PO Box or choose Priority Mail shipping to ensure your package is deliverable.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. International orders are also subject to additional charges. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout. You will be notified of any fees that do not conform with our regular or free shipping policies. International Shipments

U.S. Territories & Canada

Tunies.com currently ships domestically to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. We also ship direct from our store to Canada.

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Additional delivery options may be available for an increased cost. Orders to Canada can be shipped through USPS International Priority Mail to Canada. USPS mail is delivered via Canadian Post (Max. 66 lbs.). As always customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.

International Return/Exchange/Damage Policy

Tunies.com cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive or arrive with damages as this can occur during the inspection at customs. Our customers must be aware of ingredients prohibited from entering their country (learn more here:

All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. Free shipping DOES NOT apply to international orders. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Tunies.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. You will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

Tax Policy

Packages shipped to an address in the state of Florida are subject to 6% sales tax on applicable items. Packages shipped to an address outside of Florida are not subject to sales tax.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS whenever possible. If UPS shipping is not available in your area, your package will be shipped automatically via standard USPS mail.

Back Ordered Items

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause the shipment of your order to be delayed. If you order contains any items that are out of stock, you will be notified immediately via email or phone. We will give you the option of replacing the backordered item(s) for in stock items and shipping your package immediately, removing the backordered item(s) from your order and shipping your package immediately, or waiting for the backordered item to arrive before shipping your package. If a change to the order is made, the new dollar total of your order may affect your shipping rates. Tunie?s will not break up any orders into multiple shipments for backordered items, unless the customer would like to pay the additional shipping charges.

Order Status and Tracking

All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and tracking. You can always email or call us if you'd like to verify your orders status.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

At Tunies we do our best to package your product(s) so that they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our store products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we may either send a replacement item or issue a credit. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately so that we may ship you the correct product and issue you a call tag to return the incorrect item. *Note: Damages must be called in within 2 days of receiving your order so we may issue a valid credit or send replacements.

Cold-Pack Service

We offer a cold-pack service to insure the quality and potency of certain temperature sensitive products for overnight and local shipping. You may opt to include cold-pack service with your order by purchasing a cold-pack. During the hotter months in order to insure the safety and integrity of certain heat sensitive products and prevent melting, deterioration or rancidity, your order may require cold-packs. We may also choose not to ship the product on a certain day if the weekend will delay final arrival and cause your package to sit in a non temperature controlled environment for an extended period of time. If a delay will occur, or the purchase of cold-packs are required we will contact you for approval.

 

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

All unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, with the exception of markdown items which are final sales. Please contact us for a RMA # before shipping products back to Tunie?s. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products we will credit you the product(s) in the same method of payment for that particular invoice, minus original shipping charges. Any closeout or markdown item(s) purchased by phone or online are final sale(s), no return(s). Any shipping charges paid by customer on initial order will not be included with product refund(s)

We are not able to accept returns on products after 14 days.

Instructions:

1. Contact Tunie?s for a RMA #.

2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage or spoilage during shipment of returned items.

3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

4. Mail products to Tunies ? Returns 5651 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs FL 33076.

5. Products must be mailed by the exact same shipping method that you received them, and include cold packs if the product requires.

6. You will be contacted within 2 business days of receiving the package with credit information.

Shipping Return Policy

We strive to make our online shopping as convenient and hassle-free as possible, and we offer full refunds, including shipping, for any items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers will be responsible for shipping on all other returned items.

Tunies will offer full refunds for any items that are returned unopened and in original packaging. Customers will be reimbursed in the same manner in which they paid (i.e. credit card, debit, or cash). For opened items that are returned, Tunies will offer store credit.
