No Questions Asked

Your satisfaction is paramount. And despite our best efforts to offer only top quality products at attractive and affordable prices, we realize that not every product is ideal for every customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, no questions asked, for up to 30 days. That should give you plenty of time to decide whether or not the product is right for you. And if the product is unopened, you can return it up to a full year from the purchase date.

Shipping Return Policy

We strive to make our online shopping as convenient and hassle-free as possible, and we offer full refunds, including shipping, for any items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers will be responsible for shipping on all other returned items.

Tunies will offer full refunds for any items that are returned unopened and in original packaging. Customers will be reimbursed in the same manner in which they paid (i.e. credit card, debit, or cash). For opened items that are returned, Tunies will offer store credit.
