Directions:
For an egg free version replace 2 eggs with 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons baking powder. To make non dairy buttermilk add 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or 2 teaspoons cider vinegar to 2/3 cups warm milk substitute and let sit until thickens and cools (about 25 minutes).
